Journal 104 More on Move

Hi girls! 

How are you? How have you been? 

I can’t believe I’m in Italy. It doesn’t feel real. 

I’m not sure what to share! The small things? The big things? 

I have not really experienced any big culture shocks. I spent a lot of time with my husband’s family over the years so I’m used to a lot of Italian culture. 

I don’t speak much Italian. I picked up a little, but I didn’t bother studying it. After going through different language learning experiences in my life, my plan was simple: roll off the plane and start from there. 

I have become Roman Catholic.

When we were searching for a home, we said a prayer every day to St. Joseph. This wouldn’t have been possible without him.
