Journal 96 Cold, Slow, Trash Cans

Hello girls.

Did you have a nice week? How is the weather where you are? 

In New Jersey it has been so cold. Yesterday it reached 1F! And felt like -18F! The wind was very intense. 

This week was kind of quiet. Yay! It even seemed like my giant pile of special-care laundry items went down. Do you have one of those? 

We have also been living off the food we have in the house, so that has deflated the kitchen a little bit. This upcoming week I think we can keep going as long as we buy some fresh things. 

Not to mention, my trash can campaign has launched. I have been on top of the trash and recycling like a fiend. My goal is A TRASH CAN IN EVERY ROOM. Just like the housekeeping magazines say! The saying “A place for everything and everything in its place.” has also been very helpful for me. 

The first few days of the Olympics have been so nice to watch.
