Journal 77 Words Not Adding Up
Hey girls.
This weekend visitors have come to stay for a few nights. I am okay, last Christmas I had training. Having single-use coffee creamers in my room has really helped my quality of life in these times.
This week has been very dark in America. There are too many words floating around, overly emotional words, and they don’t make sense when you try to put them all together.
I don’t usually receive political emails. The only politician I used to receive emails from was Mickie Sherrill, a New Jersey politician, because one time I sent her a signed petition. They were nice staid emails.
But this week somehow I received emails from other politicians across the country. They were very angry. One called for the death penalty in one email and for God in the other email.
Remember the drones in New Jersey I wrote about? They still fly on and off. A while ago there was an explanation: “Don’t worry. It’s not the Enemy.” Who is the Enemy? Darth Vader?
I do not like these quick attacks on freedom, nor the increase in surveillance and censorship, nor the continuation of evil things abroad. I do not appreciate how fear and division is being spread. Who benefits from this?
Some good news though: In Europe, the Brenner Base Tunnel broke through! I’ve been keeping up with it for a few years and it’s very neat. I’m also excited for the Gateway Tunnel here in New Jersey and New York.
Also exciting is that tomorrow is the first day of fall!
Please have a good week ahead!
