Journal 95 Zelda, Evil Incompetent Corps, Hands
Hi girls!
This week I have been very busy. Many times I felt so tired and exasperated. In a delicate ecosystem, even a small issue can cause a big blow-up. This week I missed a phone call and oh my goodness it went from zero to a hundred. (I still think my phone did not receive the call normally.)
To give my mind something to occupy itself with, I played Zelda on the Switch again. (The more tired I get, the older the model of console it gets called. This week, the Switch was the GameBoy.)
I stopped playing for a little bit because I heard of the kinds of things Nintendo has been up to. They sue small gaming companies and try to patent ridiculous things like Link gliding? It’s as bad as the other evil corps! There has been gliding in video games for decades! Spyro was gliding!
I couldn’t do it anymore and took a break. But it’s a similar problem I have faced with other movies and games: I want to appreciate the work of artists and other talents who put so much love and effort into these creations, but I cannot stand the corporations behind them. Especially lately it is just unbelievable. They are trying to asphyxiate any new talent.
Where is my chamomile...
My hands have been pretty rough this winter. Since no one can do anything right anymore, the other nitwits at the evil soap corp changed their formula and made a replacement that legally can’t even be called soap anymore.
I found a new one and it has actually been better for my hands, but it has been hard to get, so I have been using a body bar soap (not real soap) and it destroys my hands.
Well, thank you for hanging out with me in my fried state.
Please have a safe week.
