Journal 101 Cleaning, Exercise, Bread



Hey girls. 

How was your week? 

Can’t believe how fast everything is waking up! Green things are popping up everywhere. 

This week the three of us tried to spend lots of time together and cook yummy food.  

I did some cleaning and did more than I expected! I need to remember: One thing at a time! It’s not worth it to over-optimize. 

I also tried extra hard to exercise this week. Did some different new exercises and they felt good. I wish I could just climb trees and frolic in nature for exercise. 

Oh! Exciting news! I have started baking bread! It’s not sourdough, but it’s bread! We should have done this so much sooner. We started out using all-purpose white flour and now we’re playing with whole wheat flour and bread flour. I can’t believe we manage to make it! It’s great for several light meals throughout the week and to snack on during the day. 

This upcoming week might be a little busier. Please wish me luck!
